This work package supports effective collaboration and alignment between the various components of JARDIN.

Coordination

Objectives

  1. To establish effective and efficient governance.
  2. To monitor and guide activities and ensure the quality of JARDIN's implementation of the JA.
  3. To ensure effective communication and exchange of information between the JA partners and the advisory bodies.
  4. To provide day-to-day administrative support to partners.
  5. To ensure proper financial administration in relation to budgeting, planning and accounting.
  6. To ensure all communication with HaDEA and DG SANTE, including timely submission of all technical and financial technical and financial reports.
  7. To ensure adequate risk management.
