At this event, Dr. Raushan Yerbolatkyzy, PhD student in Public Governance, Management, and Policy at the University of Bologna, will perform a demo to explore the tool, guide participants through navigation and completion of the Discrete Choice Experiment (DCE), with a focus on preferences for rare disease care models.
The workshop will provide a guided walkthrough of the survey, introducing its structure, navigation, and completion process, with a focus on user experience and survey functionality.
The DCE examines key dimensions of healthcare delivery, including organization of care, care coordination, access to innovation, continuity of care, treatment benefit, and out-of-pocket costs, capturing relevant trade-offs in healthcare decision-making.
The session will also briefly explain the methodological design and objectives of the DCE, and how respondents engage with choice tasks in practice.
