Work Package 5 invites JARDIN members and collaborators to the Introduction to Discrete Choice Experiment (DCE) as a tool of evaluation for RD activities webinar.

At this event, Dr. Mesfin Genie, Lecturer – Health Economics of the Newcastle Business School at the University of Newcastle, Australia, will introduce the principles and applications of the Discrete Choice Experiment (DCE) methodology), with a focus on its use in healthcare and rare disease research. The presentation will explain how DCEs are designed based on expert scorecard inputs, and how this approach helps quantify patient preferences, compare different models of healthcare organization, and inform evidence-based policy and service design.
